WORX Nitro WORXSAW 4.5 in. Cordless Circular Saw is a Good Deal, offering a brushless 20V motor, compact 4.5 in blade capacity, and very light portability at a mid-range price that matches its listed specs.
Here is why
When selecting power circular saws, compare motor power, cutting capacity, and portability for the jobs you plan to tackle. Here is how this product performs:
1.
Motor Power (6, 900 RPM; brushless motor) : At mid-range pricing this brushless 20V motor with 6,900 RPM is at or slightly above typical mid-range cordless expectations for compact saws; brushless design is a positive for efficiency and motor longevity compared with basic budget motors.
2.
Cutting Capacity (4.5 in blade; 1.5 in depth; 0–46° bevel) : Blade size and 1.5 in max depth match compact/mini saw benchmarks rather than full-size mid-range cutters; this is typical for a trim saw and weaker than full 6–7 in mid-range cutting capacity but appropriate for precision or shallow cuts.
3.
Power Source & Portability (20V cordless; under 4 lbs) : Single‑battery 20V cordless and sub‑4 lb weight align with mid-range cordless portability expectations and are notably more portable than corded jobsite saws; buyers who need longer runtime or heavier cutting should confirm battery capacity or opt for multi‑battery/ higher‑voltage systems.
Deal price at $135.99: sits in the mid-range price band for compact cordless saws, near the lower-to-middle part of that band. No recent numeric price history is provided; given the WORX brand and a 20V brushless motor, the price aligns with single-battery mid-range cordless offerings.
Overall, this Good Deal fits DIYers and light‑trade users who want a lightweight, cordless trim/compact circular saw for quick cuts and jobsite portability. Double-check included battery/charger details and warranty if you need heavier cutting or continuous pro use.
