Deal insights
The Wentronic Y01 Wireless Headphones is a Good Deal, offering common mid-battery endurance and active noise cancellation at a budget-friendly price that undercuts its recent average ; the feature set is broadly consistent with higher-end budget models rather than full mid-range designs.
Here is why
When selecting over-ear headphones, focus on audio quality, noise handling, battery and connectivity, and comfort and build. Here is how this product performs:
1.
Audio Quality (40 mm drivers; hi-res claim; Bluetooth 5.3) : 40 mm drivers match typical budget and entry mid-range expectations. The hi-res sound claim is common wording on lower-cost models and suggests tuning rather than premium transducer architecture, so audio is typical for an upper-budget offering.
2.
Noise Handling (active noise cancellation; noise control) : ANC presence is stronger than most true-budget headphones where passive isolation is the norm, and aligns with lower-end ANC found in higher-budget models. Expect basic single-mode ANC rather than advanced adaptive multi-mic performance typical of mid-range or premium models.
3.
Battery & Connectivity (48 h runtime; Bluetooth 5.3; 3.5 mm wired) : Claimed 48 hours fits comfortably within both budget and mid-range endurance expectations and is competitive for the price. Bluetooth 5.3 and a wired option are positive extras that place connectivity at or above typical budget benchmarks.
4.
Comfort & Build (over-ear foldable; memory foam pads) : Foldable frame and memory foam pads are typical for higher-end budget models and match mid-range comfort cues. Missing weight is a minor omission; buyers who prioritize lightweight wear should confirm the exact weight on the product page.
Deal price at $22.79: sits near the top of the budget band and below typical mid-range pricing for over-ear headphones. It is priced below its recent 30-day average of about $37.65, which makes the current offer noticeably cheaper than recent listings for this model.
Overall, this Good Deal fits buyers who want basic ANC, long runtime, and flexible wired or Bluetooth listening without paying mid-range prices. Double-check warranty and return terms, and confirm fit/weight if comfort is a priority since weight is not stated.
