Deal insights
The Quantum Energy Squares Energy Bar is a Great Deal. At $12.96 and with 10 g protein per bar, this offering is priced below recent levels while providing clear vegan and allergen-friendly positioning ; the protein level is in line with budget expectations and the dietary certifications add measurable consumer value.
Here is why
When selecting sports nutrition protein bars, compare protein per serving, calorie load, sugar/carbs, and diet suitability. Here is how this product performs:
1.
Protein Per Serving (10 g protein; single-bar serving) : At 10 g this matches typical budget-level protein and sits below mid-range expectations of ~15–22 g. Given the lower price, the protein payload is reasonable for a snack bar but modest if you expect a meal-replacement bar.
2.
Calories Per Serving (not listed) : Calories are not provided in the listing; mid-range and premium bars commonly show 150–300 kcal. Buyers who need a specific energy target should double-check the product page to confirm per-bar calories.
3.
Sugar & Carbs (not listed) : Sugar and carb numbers are not quoted, which is common for some budget or ingredient-focused listings. If low-sugar or net-carb counts matter to you, verify the exact sugar and carb content before buying.
4.
Diet Suitability (vegan; gluten-free; certified plant-based) : Dietary claims are strong and align with mid-range labeling practices that emphasize specialty diets. These certifications add clear purchase value relative to many budget bars and help justify the price gap versus generic snack bars.
Deal price at $12.96: sits below typical budget-to-mid-range per-unit prices for sports nutrition bars. It is priced lower than its recent 90-day average of about $18.52, which improves the value case for this brand.
Overall, this Great Deal fits buyers who want plant-based, allergen-conscious snack bars at a below-average price and modest protein per serving. Confirm serving size and calories if you need a higher-protein or higher-calorie meal replacement, and check the seller warranty or return policy for packaged-food purchases.
