Deal insights
The Pursteam ScrubMaster Plus is a Good Deal, offering mid-range features such as adjustable steam, a dual scrubbing head, and a tank size that aligns with typical mid-range runtimes while coming in below its recent average price.
Here is why
When selecting steam mops, focus on cleaning performance, tank capacity and runtime, and ease of use. Here is how this product performs:
1.
Cleaning Performance (adjustable steam; dual scrubbing; LED headlights) : At this mid-range price, adjustable steam and a dual scrubbing head match typical mid-range cleaning features and are useful for deeper spot cleaning. LED headlights are a helpful navigation aid but are common across bands and don't on their own imply premium boiler performance.
2.
Tank Capacity & Runtime (13.5 fl oz; ≈400 ml) : A 13.5 fl oz tank sits squarely within mid-range expectations for runtime and refill frequency. This capacity is typical for mid-range uprights and should deliver runtimes similar to benchmark mid-range models.
3.
Ease Of Use (5 lb weight; cord holder; upright lock) : Weight and basic handling features align with mid-range usability benchmarks: relatively light for upright steamers with practical storage aids. The listing indicates standard ergonomic features rather than premium extras like extensive onboard accessory storage or trigger-style steam locks.
Deal price at $114.99: sits in the mid-range band for steam mops. It is priced below its recent 30-day average of about $123.59, which modestly improves value for a mid-range upright.
Overall, this Good Deal suits buyers who want a capable upright steam mop for regular floor cleaning and spot scrubbing without paying premium prices. Double-check warranty details and return policy; the price and listed features make it a practical choice for households that value powered scrubbing and straightforward handling.
