Deal insights
The Thboxes Large Cork Board Bulletin Board 36" x 24" 12-pack is a Great Deal, offering a full 12-tile felt/cork tile set with ample mounting pads and many pushpins at a price below recent typical levels. The surface, tile sizing, and included accessories match or exceed common budget expectations and approach mid-range convenience for modular display sets.
Here is why
When selecting bulletin boards, focus on surface type, board size, mounting and installation, and included accessories. Here is how this product performs:
1.
Surface Type (felt surface; 9mm thickness; pinning surface) : At 9mm this is thicker than many budget thin felt tiles and leans toward mid-range pin performance. The listed material aligns with typical mid-range expectations for a usable pin surface rather than decorative paper or ultra-thin felt.
2.
Board Size (11.8" x 11.8"; 12 tiles) : The 12-tile pack yields a sizeable assembled area consistent with mid-range modular kits (multiple ~144 sq in tiles adding up to a large display). This is better than single small budget tiles and matches common mid-range modular offerings for flexible layouts.
3.
Mounting & Installation (70 adhesive pads; no-nail installation) : Tool-free adhesive mounting is typical for budget and many mid-range tile systems. The large count of adhesive pads suggests stable tile-to-wall mounting for light-duty use; buyers expecting heavy-duty permanent mounting should confirm compatibility with their wall surface.
4.
Included Accessories (60 pushpins; 70 adhesive pads; 12 felt tiles) : Accessory counts (60 pushpins and many adhesive pads) exceed typical budget packs and sit comfortably into mid-range accessory expectations. The kit gives immediate usability without needing extra pins or tabs, which increases out-of-box value for the price.
Deal price at $22.49: sits in the higher end of the budget band and toward the lower end of the mid-range band for bulletin boards. It is priced below its recent 30-day average of about $27.46, which makes the current offer relatively more attractive for a multi-tile set.
This Great Deal is well suited for dorm rooms, craft walls, or light office use where modular 12-tile coverage and easy tool-free mounting matter. Double-check mounting surface compatibility and return/warranty terms if you plan heavier daily use or need a framed, long-term installation.
