Deal insights
Haidms Gold Entry Door Knobs with Lock and Key, Keyed Different (5 Pack) is a Great Deal, offering a full keyed-entry set and broad compatibility at a price substantially below its recent average. The five-pack and standard fit make it a strong value versus many single or smaller sets, while the zinc construction and plated gold finish match common budget-to-mid-range expectations.
Here is why
When selecting door knobs, look at functionality, installation and compatibility, and material and finish. Here is how this product performs:
1.
Functionality (keyed lock; lock and key; keyed different) : For a mid-range price position, a keyed-entry set is typical and expected. Offering five keyed-different knobs in one pack is stronger than many single-unit mid-range offers and adds practical value for multi-door installs.
2.
Installation & Compatibility (fits 1-3/8"–1-3/4"; adjustable backset; hardware) : Compatibility matches standard residential expectations and aligns with both budget and mid-range norms. The adjustable backset and included hardware reduce installation friction and are typical for mid-range multi-packs.
3.
Material & Finish (zinc construction; brushed gold) : Zinc with a plated brushed-gold finish is typical for budget and many mid-range sets rather than premium solid-brass. It meets common mid-range appearance expectations but is weaker than premium metal construction for long-term durability in high-traffic exterior use.
Deal price at $65.99: sits in the mid-range band for door knobs given typical mid-range pricing. It is priced below its recent 90-day average of about $109.38, which makes the offer more attractive for a multi-pack keyed set.
This Great Deal is well suited for homeowners or renters who need multiple keyed entry knobs for standard residential doors and want a coordinated finish at a lower cost. Confirm return/warranty terms and verify that zinc/brushed-gold finish meets your durability expectations for higher-traffic doors.
