Deal insights
The Delamu TV Cord Hider Wall 472in Cable Raceway is a Good Deal, offering a long 472-inch total run, multi-piece convenience, and flame-retardant PVC at a price below its recent average. The kit’s channel size and adhesive-plus-screw mounting align with mid-range-to-budget expectations, delivering useful length and flexible installation without premium metal construction or professional certifications.
Here is why
When selecting cable raceways, look for channel capacity, mounting and installation method, material and safety, and total length. Here is how this product performs:
1.
Channel Capacity (2–3 wires; 15.7" length; 0.95" × 0.55") : This channel size matches typical budget slim multi-cable profiles and is toward the lower end of mid-range capacity. It is suitable for 1–3 cables or a few slim cords but is weaker than larger mid-range J/U-channel options intended for bigger bundles.
2.
Mounting & Installation (adhesive tape; screws/anchors; sliding snap) : Mixed adhesive and screw fix is typical for mid-range kits and offers flexible installation. The sliding, tool-light design aligns with common mid-range convenience features and improves practicality over adhesive-only strips.
3.
Material & Safety (PVC construction; UL94 V-0) : PVC with a UL94 V-0 claim is typical for budget-to-mid-range raceways and matches common flame-retardant marketing. It does not carry premium metal construction or broader certifications, but the V-0 claim is consistent with advertised safety for consumer wall-mounted kits.
4.
Total Length & Pieces (472 inches; 30 pieces; 15.7" per piece) : Total length is clearly above typical budget pack totals and aligns with upper-range multipacks seen in mid-range offerings. The high piece count gives flexibility for routing and makes this strong on value for length compared with many shorter budget kits.
Deal price at $23.99: sits in the lower-mid price band for cable raceway kits, close to mid-range entry levels. It is priced below its recent 30-day average of about $28.06, which makes the current listing more attractive than its typical recent level.
Overall, this Good Deal fits homeowners who need a long, modular cable raceway for TV or wall runs and prefer a mix of adhesive and screw mounting. It is a sensible value when you want lots of length and simple installs; double-check return policy and warranty on the page and confirm that the listed channel width fits your cable bundle if you plan to run many thick cables.
