Deal insights
The ZPQBEYE Meteor Shower Lights 24-Tube Icicle Outdoor Christmas Lights is a Great Deal, offering high LED count and IP65-rated weather resistance at a price well below its recent average. Key strengths are dense illumination and robust outdoor rating for a price that competes with many mid-range strings.
Here is why
When selecting outdoor string lights, focus on lighting performance, coverage and layout, durability and weather resistance, and power and control. Here is how this product performs:
1.
Lighting Performance (576 LEDs; 24 tubes; 360° illumination) : LED count is high compared with budget listings and aligns with mid-range density; this yields strong decorative brightness. Color is fixed blue and there is no mention of color-temp or lumen specs, which is common at non-premium price points.
2.
Coverage & Layout (30 ft length; 15.7 in spacing; 48 ft arrangement) : Length and tube spacing fit typical mid-range decorative icicle layouts and offer good coverage for eaves and porch runs. The listed measurements are clear enough for planning; buyers who need exact mounting layouts should confirm usable lead and end-cord lengths on the product page.
3.
Durability & Weather Resistance (IP65 waterproof; PC material; UL listed plug) : IP65 and UL plug are stronger than basic budget claims and match mid-range durability expectations, supporting year‑round outdoor use. This weather rating is a meaningful step up from common IP44 budget sets.
4.
Power & Control (Corded 120V; 7W wattage; UL transformer; remote control) : Plug‑in low‑voltage operation with a UL transformer and remote aligns with mid-range control features. The product lacks app or smart integration typical of premium sets, but remote control is a useful convenience at this price and helps explain its mid-range positioning.
Deal price at $16.99: sits near the lower end of the mid-range band and well above typical budget medians for outdoor string lights. It is priced below its recent 30-day average of about $35.02, which makes the current offer notably cheaper than its recent typical level.
This Great Deal is a good fit for buyers wanting bright decorative icicle-style lighting and reliable outdoor use without paying premium smart-light prices. Double-check transformer and mounting spacing on the product page and confirm return/warranty terms if that matters to you.
