Deal insights
The LG 32GX870A-B 32-inch OLED Gaming Monitor is a Great Deal, offering premium OLED 4K display characteristics, full ergonomic adjustments and broad I/O at a price below its recent typical level. The key strengths are the high-contrast OLED panel with very fast response and the comprehensive connectivity and stand options, which align with premium expectations while undercutting recent average pricing.
Here is why
When selecting computer monitors, focus on display quality, screen size, and connectivity/ergonomics. Here is how this product performs:
1.
Display Quality (3840×2160 4K; OLED panel; 1300 nits peak; 0.03 ms response) : This matches premium benchmarks where OLED and high resolution are expected. Peak brightness and HDR credential fit premium-range claims, and the extremely fast response is notably better than typical mid-range panels. For a premium-priced monitor these are strong display signals.
2.
Screen Size (32 inches) : 32 inches is a common premium/desktop size and aligns with premium benchmarks that cluster around 27–32 inch desktop monitors. Size is appropriate for 4K OLED use and supports both gaming and content work without being an outlier.
3.
Connectivity & Ergonomics (USB-C; HDMI & DisplayPort; height tilt swivel) : Connectivity and full adjustability are typical for premium monitors and better than most mid-range offerings. USB-C plus DP/HDMI and VESA support match premium expectations and help justify the price; built-in audio and a 4-pole jack add practical convenience.
Deal price at $849.99: sits in the premium price band for monitors given its OLED 4K panel and full adjustability. It is priced below its recent 30-day average of about $1000.76, which makes the current offer relatively attractive for a premium-branded model.
This Great Deal suits gamers and creative users who prioritize OLED contrast, 4K resolution, and flexible ergonomics without paying the highest market premiums. Double-check warranty and return terms as well as any bundled calibration options; the below-average recent price and LG branding make this a strong option for those seeking premium picture quality and connectivity.
