Deal insights
The Vanpopubs 2 Pack 9L Automatic Touchless Trash Can with Lid is a Great Deal, offering touchless lids and water-resistant polymer construction at a price below recent typical levels. The small 9 L capacity and automatic touchless lid deliver functionality that exceeds usual budget expectations, and the sub-average recent price strengthens the value proposition.
Here is why
When selecting kitchen waste bins, look at capacity, lid and access type, and material/durability. Here is how this product performs:
1.
Capacity (9 L each; 2-pack) : At about 9 L per can this is typical for small countertop or compact bathroom bins and sits toward the upper end of budget-sized capacities. For full-size kitchen use buyers usually expect much larger single-can volumes, so this is best for limited-space or secondary use.
2.
Lid & Access (touchless sensor; auto open) : Hands-free infrared-style access is stronger than the simple manual lids common in budget models and aligns with lower mid-range convenience features. For the implied price band this is noticeably better than entry-level pop or press lids, offering true touchless operation typically found on higher-value small bins.
3.
Material & Durability (polypropylene exterior; powder-coated finish; IPX5 waterproof) : Plastic/polypropylene construction matches budget norms, but the powder-coated finish and IPX5 rating suggest improved water resistance and surface durability versus thin molded bins. That combination is consistent with value-oriented bins that punch above basic budget expectations.
Deal price at $29.99: sits near the lower end of the mid-range band for kitchen waste bins. It is priced below its recent 30-day average of about $48.41, which makes the offer more attractive for shoppers seeking hands-free small kitchen cans.
Overall, this Great Deal fits buyers looking for compact, hands-free countertop or small-kitchen bins and those who value touchless operation and easy cleaning. Double-check warranty and return terms for the two-pack and confirm exact interior bucket shape if you need standard liners, but the lower-than-usual price and waterproof finish make it a practical value buy.
