Deal insights
Silly Straw Glasses 5 Pcs Reusable Drinking Straws is a Good Deal, offering a low price and reasonable pack count while matching typical budget-level expectations for materials and sizing. The listing appears most aligned with basic plastic straw sets rather than mid-range stainless or glass alternatives, and the current price is modestly below its recent average.
Here is why
When selecting reusable drinking straws, consider material and safety, dimensions and compatibility, and pack count. Here is how this product performs:
1.
Material & Safety (plastic construction; food-grade unlisted) : At this price band the material matches budget norms (basic plastic). The benchmark typical for budget is hard plastics with BPA-free claims; explicit food-grade or dishwasher-safe language would be more reassuring but is not shown here.
2.
Dimensions & Compatibility (4.52 x 1.88 in; straw glasses) : Dimensions are brief and suggest a novelty cocktail/short-straw size, which is typical for low-cost packs. Mid-range listings usually provide clear tumbler-lengths and OD fits; this listing's short size aligns with budget use rather than broad tumbler compatibility.
3.
Included Pieces (5-pack) : A 5-pack is within the common small-multipack range for budget sets. Mid-range sets often include more pieces and accessories (brushes, tips); this pack count is typical for a value-oriented novelty product.
Deal price at $6.79: sits near the lower end of the mid-range/budget boundary for reusable straws. It is priced below its recent 30-day average of about $7.99, which makes it a modest value compared with similar small multipacks.
This Good Deal fits buyers who want an inexpensive novelty or party set of straw glasses and who prioritize pack count over premium materials. Double-check the product page for explicit food-grade or dishwasher-safe statements and the exact fit if you need tumbler-compatible lengths. Consider mid-range stainless or glass options if material longevity and certified food-grade claims are important.
