Deal insights
RUIKORING 8.5" Under Cabinet Lighting 6 Pack is a Good Deal, offering a large 6‑unit kit with multiple CCT choices, motion sensing, and USB-C rechargeable power at a price below its recent typical level. Core features align with or slightly exceed budget expectations and match several mid-range conveniences such as stepless dimming and magnetic mounting.
Here is why
When selecting under-counter light fixtures, focus on light quality (lumens and CCT), power and installation method, and controls like motion sensing and dimming. Here is how this product performs:
1.
Light Quality (48 LEDs; 3200K–5800K; stepless dimming) : LED count and multiple CCT steps are stronger than the simplest budget pucks and match common mid-range conveniences. The listing omits explicit lumen or CRI numbers, which is common for compact rechargeable fixtures; buyers who need exact lumen or color rendering should confirm those values on the product page.
2.
Power & Installation (USB-C rechargeable; 1500mAh battery; magnetic mount) : Rechargeable USB-C and a 1500mAh cell align with higher-end budget and entry-level mid-range models that favor tool-free installs. Magnetic mounting with adhesive is typical for this price area and supports easy repositioning; for permanent installs, hardwired or driver-included options at higher tiers would be preferable.
3.
Controls & Connectivity (120° sensor; 15 ft range; motion & always-on; stepless dimming) : Included PIR motion sensing with a long claimed range and stepless dimming matches or slightly exceeds typical budget expectations and is common in mid-range kits. The controls are not smart/app connected, which is normal for this price and does not materially reduce value for buyers seeking simple automated operation.
Deal price at $32.39: sits in the lower-to-mid end of the mid-range band for multi‑piece rechargeable kits. It is priced below its recent 30-day average of about $45.64, which makes the current offer comparatively attractive for a rechargeable 6‑pack.
This Good Deal fits buyers who want an easy-to-install, rechargeable under-cabinet lighting kit with adjustable color temperature and motion activation for kitchens or closets. Double-check battery life under real use and warranty/return terms if long-term daily use is a priority.
