Deal insights
The ii gen RUBIC Erasable Gel Pens 1.0mm 24 Color Set is a Good Deal, offering erasable thermo-sensitive gel ink in a large 24-pen assortment at a price slightly under its recent average. Tip size and the erasable novelty align with mid-to-premium novelty expectations, while the pack size represents clear value compared with single or small premium sets.
Here is why
When selecting gel ink pens, consider tip size, ink performance, and pack size. Here is how this product performs:
1.
Tip Size (1.0 mm) : A 1.0 mm tip is toward the bolder end of common sizes. For the likely premium-leaning price band this tip is typical for novelty or expressive writing rather than fine-precision tasks and compares as expected versus mid-range and premium offerings.
2.
Ink Performance (gel ink; erasable formulation) : Thermo-sensitive erasable gel ink matches common novelty and mid-range benchmarks for erasable pens. It is typical for this style to trade permanence for erasability, so performance aligns with expectations and is consistent with a value-focused multi-color set.
3.
Pack Size (24 pens; multi-color set) : A 24-count assortment is large compared with typical budget and mid-range packs and more in line with multi-color bulk or curated premium sets. For the current price this pack size provides clear quantity value relative to single or small premium pen sets.
Deal price at $26.59: sits at the lower end of the premium price band for gel ink pens. It is priced below its recent 30-day average of about $27.99, which modestly improves value for a multi-color set.
This Good Deal suits buyers who want a broad color range and erasable, thermo-sensitive gel performance for notes, planners, or creative work. Double-check return and warranty terms for peace of mind; the slight discount versus recent pricing makes the set a reasonable choice for hobbyists and students.
