Deal insights
The Lenovo USB-C 65W Wall Charger - PD 3.0 is a Good Deal, offering the common 65W USB-C PD output and a familiar Lenovo build at a price slightly below recent typical levels. Key strengths are the expected 65W PD capability and OEM brand confidence; portability and accessory provisions are in line with mid-range expectations.
Here is why
When selecting laptop chargers and adapters, focus on charging power, connector compatibility, portability, and included accessories. Here is how this product performs:
1.
Charging Power (65 W) : 65W is typical for mid-range chargers and matches the common replacement standard for many laptops. For its price band this is entirely expected and provides sufficient power for most ultrabooks and mainstream laptops.
2.
Connector Compatibility (USB Type C; PD 3.0) : USB-C PD is the standard connector at this tier and aligns with mid-range benchmarks. PD 3.0 support is appropriate for safe negotiated charging, though it does not signal the higher sustained wattage or PD3.1/PPS features found on premium models.
3.
Portability (1.7 m cable; weight unlisted) : Cable length is longer than many included cords and matches mid-range expectations for convenience. Weight is not listed; that omission is common and buyers who prioritize compact GaN travel bricks may want to confirm physical size and plug foldability on the product page.
4.
Included Accessories (User Manual) : Only a manual is noted, which is toward the simpler end of mid-range accessory bundles. Mid-range chargers often include a USB-C cable or detachable cord, so confirm whether a cable is bundled if you need one.
Deal price at $29.74: sits in the upper part of the mid-range band for laptop chargers and adapters. It is priced below its recent 30-day average of about $32.93, which modestly improves value for a recognized OEM like Lenovo.
Overall, this Good Deal fits buyers who need a reliable 65W USB-C PD replacement or travel charger without paying premium prices. It is a sensible pick for everyday laptop charging and travel; double-check warranty/return terms and confirm the cable/plug type if you need a specific cord length or a 5A-rated cable.
