Deal insights
Garden Hose 100ft Lightweight, Non-Expanding, Leak-Proof Metal Connector, No-Knot No-Tangle, 3/4GHT Flexible Water Hose for Yard is a Great Deal, offering a long 100 ft length and robust multi-layer construction at a price substantially below its recent average. The specs (4-layer reinforcement, braided jacket, copper-plated ends, and spare washers) compare favorably with typical budget offerings and approach some mid-range durability and connector expectations.
Here is why
When selecting garden hoses, focus on durability, hose size, flexibility and kink resistance, and connectors/accessories. Here is how this product performs:
1.
Durability (4-layer core; 600 PSI; copper-plated ends) : At a budget price point this durability statement is stronger than typical. The 4-layer reinforcement and 600 PSI claim sit toward the higher end of budget norms and overlap with mid-range burst claims, which supports above-average value for the price.
2.
Hose Size (100 ft length; 1/2 in ID; 3/4" fittings) : Length is clearly mid-range style (100 ft) which is more typical of mid-range offers, but the 1/2 in inner diameter is smaller than the common 5/8" or 3/4" flow favored in mid-range. Buyers wanting higher flow should verify fit and expected water pressure.
3.
Flexibility & Kink Resistance (braided design; kink-resistant; easy to store) : Claims align with budget-to-mid-range expectations for braided non-expandable hoses. The features are typical for the budget segment and consistent with mid-range anti-kink marketing, so performance likely matches common consumer braided PVC hoses.
4.
Connectors & Accessories (copper-plated ends; 3 spare washers; joinable) : Connector quality and included spare washers are better than many budget listings that use basic fittings. Copper-plated aluminum is not solid brass but improves perceived value; this matches a budget item punching above its price toward mid-range accessory expectations.
Deal price at $19.99: sits near the lower end of the budget band for garden hoses. It is priced well below its recent 90-day average of about $45.94, which makes the current listing comparatively inexpensive for a 100 ft model.
This Great Deal fits buyers who want a full-length 100 ft hose with reinforced multi-layer construction and strong connector claims without paying mid-range prices. Confirm the inner diameter and connector fit for your spigot and double-check warranty/return terms given the low price and brand; those checks will help ensure the product meets heavier-use expectations.
