Deal insights
The Frigidaire EMW788WHITEPINK Retro 0.7 cu ft Countertop Microwave is a Great Deal, offering the expected 0.7 cu ft capacity and a compact footprint at a price below recent levels for similar mainstream countertop models. Key strengths are the typical compact capacity and a full set of basic cooking features at a budget-level price from a recognized appliance brand.
Here is why
When selecting compact microwave ovens, prioritize capacity, cooking power and features, and size and fit. Here is how this product performs:
1.
Capacity (0.7 cu ft; compact size) : 0.7 cu ft matches the typical budget compact countertop benchmark. That capacity is common for single-serving use and aligns with the low price. Buyers who need larger internal space should look at mid-range models around 0.9 cu ft or higher.
2.
Cooking Power & Features (700W; 5 power levels; 8 auto menus; auto defrost) : 700 W and a basic set of presets fit within the upper range of budget countertop models and are typical for compact units. Feature count (presets and defrost) is in line with expectations and not unusually advanced compared with mid-range models that offer higher wattage or sensor/inverter cooking.
3.
Size & Fit (13.27"D; 18.9"W; 11.52"H) : External dimensions reflect a compact countertop footprint consistent with budget benchmarks and should fit single-serving plates. It's advisable to double-check clearances on your counter since compact widths and depths vary across models.
Deal price at $74.98: sits near the lower end of the budget band for compact countertop microwaves. It is priced below its recent 30-day average of about $95.47, which makes the current price relatively attractive for a mainstream brand.
Overall, this Great Deal suits buyers who need a small countertop microwave for single-person kitchens, dorm rooms, or office use. Confirm that the 0.7 cu ft capacity and the 13.27"D x 18.9"W x 11.52"H external dimensions fit your space, and consider warranty/return terms since the lower price is partially due to current discounting.
