Deal insights
The Dell 15 Laptop dc15250 is a Great Deal, offering a 13th‑gen Core i7 performance profile and a full‑HD touchscreen at a price noticeably below its recent average. Core CPU performance and FHD touch display align with or exceed typical mid-range expectations for productivity laptops, and the sub‑$900 price point improves the value proposition.
Here is why
When selecting traditional laptop computers, focus on performance, battery life, portability, and display quality. Here is how this product performs:
1.
Performance (i7-1355U; 10-core CPU; up to 5.0 GHz) : This CPU is consistent with upper mid-range performance. For mid-range benchmarks, the listed 13th‑gen i7 is at or above typical mainstream CPU expectations and should deliver noticeably better multitasking than common low‑voltage i3/i5 or entry chips.
2.
Battery Life (unlisted) : Battery runtime is a central buyer concern but is not given here. Buyers who need long battery life should double-check manufacturer claims or reviews, since mid-range models typically advertise ~11–14 hours but real-world results vary.
3.
Portability (15.6" notebook; weight unknown) : A 15.6" clamshell fits the mid-range portability profile. The lack of an exact weight is common for some listings but worth confirming if you need a light laptop; typical mid-range 15.6" models sit around 1.5–1.9 kg.
4.
Display Quality (15.6" FHD; touchscreen; anti-glare LED) : A 15.6" FHD touchscreen is typical or slightly better than many mid-range panels, where FHD IPS is common. This display spec matches mid-range expectations and supports comfortable productivity and touch use without premium-level color or resolution upgrades.
Deal price at $899.99: sits in the upper mid-range band and below common premium pricing for mainstream 15.6" laptops. It is priced below its recent 30-day average of about $1201.90, which makes the current offer relatively attractive for a Dell with a 13th‑gen Core i7.
This Great Deal is a good fit for buyers wanting strong everyday productivity and multitasking on a 15.6" laptop without paying premium prices. Double-check battery life and exact weight or chassis materials on the product page if portability or long runtimes are critical. Consider warranty and return terms as usual for higher-value purchases.
