Deal insights
Callaway Elyte Hybrid 3-Hybrid Right Hand is a Good Deal, offering branded shaft choice and adjustable head features at a price modestly below recent levels. The clubHeadDesign and shaftProperties align with mid-range expectations, while loft is not clearly stated and should be checked if loft fit is critical.
Here is why
When selecting hybrid & utility golf clubs, focus on loft, club head design, and shaft properties. Here is how this product performs:
1.
Loft (unlisted) : Loft is a critical spec for hybrids. For a mid-range hybrid buyers typically expect around 19°–24° for a 3-hybrid; the listing omits a numeric loft, so buyers should double-check the exact degree on the product page to confirm bag fit.
2.
Club Head Design (adjustable weighting; OptiFit 4 hosel) : This design is typical for mid-range hybrids: adjustable hosels and weighting are common mid-tier features that improve fitting and launch tuning. The presence of OptiFit and adjustable weighting aligns with expectations for a branded mid-range club rather than a basic budget head.
3.
Shaft Properties (Denali 70g; stiff flex) : Named 70g Denali shaft is stronger than generic house-brand graphite and matches mid-range benchmarks where branded or specific stock shafts appear. A stiff 70g shaft signals firmer, player-oriented feel consistent with mid-range to premium tendencies.
Deal price at $175.99: sits in the mid-range band for hybrid clubs. It is priced below its recent 90-day average of about $209.48, which improves the offer for a recognized OEM like Callaway.
This Good Deal suits players seeking a mid-range hybrid with adjustable weighting and a named 70g graphite shaft who want OEM build and fitting options without premium pricing. Double-check the exact loft before buying to confirm it matches your bag; also confirm warranty/return terms given the price gap to recent averages.
