Deal insights
The BERRY NEST Baby Dresser 6-Drawer, Green is a Great Deal, offering a typical mid-range drawer count and usable top surface at a price well below its recent average while using common engineered-wood construction and basic safety hardware.
Here is why
When selecting dressers & chests of drawers, focus on size and storage, materials and construction, and features and hardware. Here is how this product performs:
1.
Size & Storage (47.24" width; 6 drawers; changing pad top) : At about 47" wide with six drawers this matches typical mid-range sizing and drawer counts. The top that fits a changing pad is a practical nursery signal and aligns with common mid-range expectations for wider dressers.
2.
Materials & Construction (engineered wood; solid wood legs; unfinished finish) : Engineered wood with solid-wood legs is typical for the mid-range segment; it is consistent with benchmarks that emphasize thicker engineered panels rather than full solid wood. The unfinished finish may require sealing or paint and is not unusual at this price.
3.
Features & Hardware (anti-tipping kit; smooth-gliding drawers; shell-shaped handles; assembly required) : Basic anti-tip hardware and smooth-glide drawers are typical mid-range features. The listing notes assembly required and standard handles; it lacks explicit full-extension or soft-close claims that are more common at the premium tier, but safety hardware is present which supports nursery use.
Deal price at $159.99: sits squarely in the mid-range price band for dressers. It is priced below its recent 30-day average of about $250.48, which improves the value case for a mid-range engineered-wood piece.
As a Great Deal this dresser fits buyers who want a 6-drawer nursery piece with a changing-pad-capable top without paying premium prices. Double-check assembly requirements, return policy, and warranty coverage; if you care about long-term durability, confirm finish and panel thickness before buying.
