Deal insights
Amazon Basics Straight Top Ring Cabinet Knobs, 1.25-inch Diameter, Oil Rubbed Bronze, 25-Pack is a Great Deal, offering a large 25-piece zinc alloy pack with a standard oil-rubbed bronze finish at a price well under recent typical levels. The specs match common budget expectations—reasonable diameter and included screws—while the 25-count pack and the price below recent averages make the overall value strong.
Here is why
When selecting cabinet & furniture knobs, focus on material and finish, dimensions, included pieces, and installation compatibility. Here is how this product performs:
1.
Material & Finish (zinc material; oil rubbed) : Typical for the budget segment: zinc alloy with a plated oil-rubbed bronze finish matches common expectations. The finish is consistent with many lower-cost multipacks rather than solid-brass premium construction.
2.
Dimensions (1.25" diameter; 0.84" projection) : Size is squarely within typical budget and mid-range knob diameters and should suit standard cabinets. Dimensions are neither unusually large nor small for the price band and are typical for basic round cabinet knobs.
3.
Included Pieces (25 knobs; screws) : Pack count is well above typical budget multipacks, which often top out around 10–15; 25 pieces is a value-oriented offering and stronger than usual for this price. Inclusion of screws aligns with budget benchmarks but buyers should verify screw lengths.
4.
Installation & Compatibility (screw mounting; pre-drilled compatible; ambidextrous orientation) : Single-hole through-screw mounting with included screws is typical for budget and mid-range knobs. This matches expected compatibility; check screw length/door thickness fit for thicker cabinet faces if needed.
Deal price at $14.48: sits near the lower end of the budget band for cabinet knobs. It is priced below its recent 90-day average of about $30.64, which makes the multipack unusually inexpensive for a name-brand budget offering.
This Great Deal fits buyers needing many matching knobs for a full kitchen or multiple furniture projects who prioritize quantity and a standard plated finish over premium solid-metal construction. Double-check screw length compatibility and mounting depth on your cabinets if you have unusually thick doors or drawers, and confirm return/warranty terms if refurbished or non-new condition is offered.
