Deal insights
The LYQYXHS 2 Pack Solar Lanterns Outdoor Waterproof Flickering Flame Hanging Lantern is a Good Deal, offering basic decorative flicker lighting and waterproof plastic construction at a notably lower-than-recent price while matching typical budget-level expectations for this category.
Here is why
When selecting outdoor lanterns, focus on light output, power and runtime, and weather resistance. Here is how this product performs:
1.
Light Output (flickering flame; decorative ambient; brightness unlisted) : Flickering flame effect aligns with typical budget decorative lanterns. Numeric brightness is not provided; budgets commonly list low lumen outputs when shown, so expect ambient, not task, illumination.
2.
Power & Runtime (solar powered; runtime unlisted) : Solar-only power is typical for budget items but lacks the battery/runtime detail that separates higher tiers. Budgets often run ~6–12 hours nightly; buyers who need long multi-night runtime should verify battery capacity or consider mid-range options.
3.
Weather Resistance (waterproof plastic; all-weather rated) : A waterproof claim with plastic build is typical for budget lanterns and matches common listings that omit formal IP ratings. Expect basic outdoor resistance rather than robust IP65-level protection.
Deal price at $9: sits at the low end of the budget band for outdoor lanterns. It is priced below its recent 30-day average of about $23.11, which makes the current offer notably cheaper than recent listings for similar decorative solar lanterns.
Overall, this Good Deal fits buyers seeking inexpensive decorative solar lanterns for patios, walkways, or temporary hanging décor. Double-check runtime and battery details on the product page and confirm return/warranty policies since numeric power and runtime specs are not stated.
